“Direct from Lima, Peru La Inedita brings its flavorful mix of Peruvian Chicha with Ragamuffin and Dancehall. Peru meets Jamaica. Feel the fire!” – Sindicato del Sonido / México / USA.
What makes this band so unique is the music mix of dancehall, hip hop, rapping and Chicha (a Peruvian cumbia style). After their very first jamming sessions, the sense of blending different music styles and come up with a music fusion was present. This is how they came up with “Chichamuffin”, the music style they named after they mixed the Chicha with ragamuffin.
