A fascinating journey around the Mediterranean sounds and cultures looking for the only musical and lyrical language that makes a link among its various populations and its difficulties between the Northern and Southern territories.
This is the idea behind Stefano Saletti and the Piccola Banda Ikona’ show, singing in Sabir, the Mediterranean language spoken in harbors by fishermen and sailors, made of Italian, French, Spanish and Arab. A journey to rediscover the different types of music telling stories of Mediterranean people and their passion.
